You Can Help
Remember our Food Pantry families when you shop for your own
family. Donations of food, personal items, paper products,
baby food and diapers are gratefully received. Monetary
donations are also needed to supplement donated items.
Volunteers are vital to keeping the Pantry in operation.
Consider donating some of your time to shop, stock shelves,
prepare perishable food items for distribution, or assist
clients with their Pantry shopping, To be a part of this
ministry, call the church office.

A Choice Pantry
St. Stephen's Food Pantry is a "choice" pantry, which means
that clients do their own shopping, selecting only the items
they will use. Choice honors our clients' dignity and
eliminates the waste of unused items.
The Pantry is looking for substitutes to pick up day-old
bakery items from area stores. It is a 1-hour commitment.

2014 “Mountain of Food Driveâ€
Tuesday, April 1 through
Wednesday April 30, 2014
Last April, we had a goal of 1,200 cases and received an
amazing 1,238 cases of food. Our April 2014 goal this year
is 1,250 cases. This sounds like a lot of cases of food but
we supplied 4-day, 3-meal a day supply of food for 11,758
individuals last year. In order to accomplish this we need
mountain of food drives, community food drives, and daily
contributions of money and food and area church support as
well as community. We thank everyone for making this mission
of caring for those in need a reality.
