exact time TBD. Please speak with Rebecca (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have

Mark your calendars for this years Madison Area CROP Walk, scheduled for
Sunday, October 18, 2015. Last years CROP Walk raised about $40,000 with
$10,000 (25%) staying in our communities. These funds were distributed to 36
pantries across Dane County through Second Harvest - Our own St. Stephen's
food pantry was a direct beneficiary of these efforts. Please consider
walking or donating to this Win-Win event and contact Becky Mitchell at
email@example.com for more details on how you can help, while having a
lot of fun along the way.
Newsletter Deadline: 20th of The Month
While evaluating roles and structures, we are contracting with Chris Gantz
of New Expressions design to format our monthly newsletter. With extra
coordination details, it means a firm deadline of the 20th of the month for

Anniversary Organ Concert
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the magnificent Parsons/Rosales
organ at St. Stephen's. As part of our celebration, we are excited to
announce a concert sponsored as part of our Korbitz Recital Series by Irish
organist, David O'Shea. David will be performing at St. Stephen's on Friday,
October 30 at 7:00 pm, with a program of works designed with the
specifications of our instrument in mind. Join us at 6:30 when our own Tim
Mueller presents a pre-concert lecture with information about the
instrument, accompanied by photos of the installation project from a decade
ago, and stay for the reception afterward to meet the performer. David is
currently the director of music at Sandford Parish Church and St. Philip's
Milltown, and is nearing completion of his PhD program at Trinity College in
Dublin. His trip to Wisconsin has been arranged by St. Gabriel's in
Hubertus, and he is thrilled to meet us and our organ!
